PA County Assemblies
Establish Your County/City Assembly Today!
We encourage all counties in Pennsylvania to form their local assembly (County/City Assembly). The Pennsylvania de jure Assembly can provide the procedure to follow in creating the structure for your county. We are aligned with the People’s Government Services Department (PGSD) standards; we will help guide you through the formation stages. The Pennsylvania de jure Assembly Council will send your presiding officer or secretary a checklist of items required. We invite you to attend one of our public meetings to learn more.
Upon completion of your checklist and paperwork for ratification, the Pennsylvania de jure Assembly Council can review it, and help you submit to PGSD. You may work directly with the regional PGSD liaison to prepare your paperwork as well, and we will be available to help in any way we can. We will direct you to the PGSD website for paperwork submission and help you find your liaison if needed. We welcome your interest and look forward to assisting your county/city. If you have a questions, please complete the form below:
